"I am happy to act as a reference for Ms Judith Crowson of Awareness and Development.  Ms Crowson acted as a facilitator for a portion of the senior Manager's Meeting held by the Chairman and CEO.  I worked with her prior to the meeting as she designed and developed a session regarding listening skills for the 14 executives reporting to the CEO.
